Beautiful lobby, free breakfast (not just continental!), free parking, free shuttle anywhere in 3 mile radius - couldn't ask for more!

Check-in a bit difficult for relatively new(?) but gracious desk clerk. Long, long hallways, great breakfast, and room. If you have physical limitations, ask specifics about room location....very long hallways!

We were touring the UW campus. The hotel shuttle dropped us off on campus and picked us up so we didn't have to worry about parking. It was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Accompanied my kid to UW as a freshman. Although the inn was not very close to UW, it provided very good shuttle service and made it very easy to go to UW. In addition, it is a few minute walk away from university village shopping center, good for shopping, dining and social. It was a very pleasant stay.

As above, very nice stay. Was a last-minute move from very disapointing hotel across street. Cost was higher, but well worth it. Staff was incredibly nice, helpful with us. Visited my son who lives in Seattle and was very pleased w/accomodations. Would love to stay downtown at stadium location but I think price may be too high for me. I'll try to save up for next year maybe.

Not much of a 3 star. Paid way too much for this hotel.

Parking was tight, the breakfast was ok but a little variety would have been appreciated (we stayed several days) but the room was clean and a good size.

If you're favorite college football team is playing the Huskies then the Silver Cloud Inn Seattle UW District is for you! Speedy staff, clean and ample rooms, great proximity to the stadium and school. Breakfast in the morning can be a bit of a mess because of so many people trying to make waffles, but other than that good spread.

It was comfortable, people were nice. It was just extremely noisy. From reception, that was very close to our room and also upstairs. Maybe it was only bad luck those two nights.

The hotel allowed for my family to come visit us in Seattle without any inconveniences. The location was perfect, and furthermore, the front desk was always kind to help me with getting through to my parents via phone.

Overall, the experience wasn't bad really. It just wasn't that great either. The staff were neither rude nor were they remarkable in any way. The amenities seemed dated by about 10-15 years. While the king bed was comfortable enough, the sofa bed was as uncomfortable as anyone would expect it to be. Even though the room was decent-sized, the layout seemed oddly cramped. Not offering double beds was actually inconvenient for my party but we managed. The bathroom was beyond mediocre. Again, not busted up or dirty necessarily, just cheaply put together.
That said, the location was really good and there weren't any major issues to speak of so I'll leave the review as average.

The hotel is in a near-perfect location to visit the University of Washington. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the breakfast, which is pretty poor.

I went to a 3 day event at the husky stadium. The hotels shuttle service was great. But the location was close enough that I walked back every evening. Shopping and great food was also within walking distance. The hotels staff was helpful and friendly. My room was comfy and the accommodations were what I expected. Breakfast was tasty and also as expected. All in all my weekend was great due to the hospitality and graciousness of the staff and comfort of the motel.

Average price for Seattle but nice amenities. Complimentary laundromat was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was standard and good. Eggs and sausages as a hot option. Free Parkway important for us because we had a rental car. Complimentary bus shuttle within 3 miles was helpful and utilized.

Clean and comfortable room with helpful staff. Seattle is a difficult city to navigate in and staff was very helpful to us finding the hotel.

The Sliver Cloud was really much nicer than I thought from looking at the photos. The rooms were spacious, the staff helpful, the complimentary breakfast very good. We were able to walk to campus, shopping and restaurants without issue and they even had umbrellas that you could borrow when it rained one day. I would definately stay there again if needed.

Stayed here one night for a family member's wedding reception. The breakfast was good and the room as well. It is located next to a shopping center and near UW stadium. Not many options for public transportation, but in 2016 the airport train will be arriving to the stadium complex.

We had a very nice stay. I asked for a quiet room so they moved us from the first floor to the 4th. It was extremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. They have a nice pool and spa available as well. Really appreciate the free parking!
