"Location is spot on accessible to everything in downtown Seattle. Staff are very attentive and helpful, the room was well cleaned and maintained. One thing to note for families travelling with kids is to bring a nonslip mat and hair dryer as we could fine none in the washroom."

"Had a balcony room but adjacent to empty office building just feet away. Bathtub was clean but enamel worn off in parts. Overall the staff is very nice and maintaining what is an older hotel in need of a remodel. For the price, we would definitely stay here again. Included breakfast was nice."
