「Location is ideal. Within walking distance to most parts of Bar Harbor and good driving proximity to most of the popular trails in Acadia. Daily breakfast was amazing, and frankly, better than what other restaurants in the area had to offer!」

「Nothing could have been better as far as we are concerned. We were treated with upmost respect and were allowed to check in 2 hours early. If we are in Bar Harbor again this will be the place, we stay.」

「The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are pretty much immaculate and the staff is so professional and welcoming. A breath of fresh air. I only had one night booked originally but an hour of being here I booked a 2nd night. A pleasant staff and cozy room will do that. I look forward to coming back in the future.」

「Nice view, nice balcony room. However the service in the kitchen where we took the breakfast was really bad. The stuff (I cannot remember his name) was really rude. He told one of my friend (who do not speak English) to take one of the waffle clamps(there are two clamps but she only saw one) using the language like: > "Hey, they are the same!", and than looked toward me and said again "Tell her they are the same!"... We are not blind people, we just did not pay attention on that. Feel sorry to...

「Hanscom’s was a wonderful, clean and charming high-end motel right outside downtown Bar Harbor. The room was new and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay!!」
