「Just one criticism. Our balcony wall was so high that we could not see the sea or pool when sitting on it. Other balconies were lower or the top part had a railing and you could see around that. We could have been sitting anywhere miles from the sea for all we could see. Otherwise, very good.」

「The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money...

「We spent an incredible week at this hotel in September, 2025. The room 2902 on the 9th floor with a balcony was spacious and clean , the seaside/city view was lovely. There were some nice benefits of being premium guests like a free mini bar, free lounge and private rooftop pool. The hospitality team at the premium lounge Rocio, Agnes and Daniel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Love the funky design of the lobby too. The pool activities were a real fun especially with entertainment...

「This hotel was perfect for a 4night stay. All areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a very good wide selection of food hot and cold and was constantly being replenished and tables tidied. 「Hotel and the people were lovely friendly helpful and very tidy hotel noisy at sometimes with the Roof garden parties which we wasn’t allowed up on the roof while the parties were there which was a shame because I thought we could go up there at any time and they did go onto 1 o’clock in the morning, which I think was a bit late Especially for the people on holiday but wanted to get to bed early so I could get up early to go and see other things, but apart from that, it’s a really lovely hotel」

「Location of the Palmasol hotel is really nice. During the sunny days it takes about 10 minutes walk to get to the sea beech. Surprisingly warm water in the middle of October - 23-25 (C) Palmasol also one of the closest hotels to Marina - huge place of attractions : restaurants, entertainment, all kinds of shops, game places, etcetera.」
