Good location. Welcoming staff. Easy Check In. Complete and great selection for brunch opened for an extended period. Room was clean, spacious but definitely needed a paint refresh on the level 9th floor. Balcony had been renovated, very inviting!!! Pool area and lounging cleaned but certainly need to refresh or upgrade the section of the bar area. Overt a great stay!

The rooms are basic but spacious. The beds are comfortable and the en-suite shower pressure was great. Each room has a balcony. The food is ok, with options for varied dietary requirements. Nice having the option to go back for more until 1:30. Coffee was poor - better off going to a decent coffee shop.

Nice hotel but it certainly needs a refresh. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and brunch. Comfy room, even it was really basic, we would have appreciated more amenities. We didn’t like the auto checkin process: very complicated, room key code not working, we needed to ask for a physical key… honestly, technology won’t replace human contact, empathy, kindness and human problem solving in front desk services.

Loved this hotel. Very clean, huge bathroom, superpowered walk-in shower. Some of the best staff in the whole of Spain. Location is good in terms of proximity to the train station, Coach station, centre of town and the sea is only 15 or 20 minutes walk.
