Check in person had a smile but could not care. Asked parking where. No care. Buffet breakfast was good. Beach was good. Hotel service packed and no room.」

I’m used to staying at hotels with more amenities, so was a little concerned about staying at a small hotel, but what a wonderful hotel staff and location! It felt so safe for three women travelling together, with many restaurants, grocery stores and the beach close by. The room was was simple but clean and comfortable - certainly all we needed. The pool was lovely and the service was fantastic.」

「This hotel was a huge disappointment. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff. From the moment we checked in, our experience was unpleasant. The young lady at reception (whose name began with "G") was unfriendly, spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand her, and made us feel anything but welcome. The hotel's policies are absurd. Guests are expected to pay extra for basic amenities such as beach...

「Manager of the hotel is an absolute crook. Booked a room for 2 people, they only had a room for 1- manager refuses to acknowledge any fault or refund the difference in price. On top of that rooms are extremely musty. 」
