"Room cleaning standards were less than satisfactory. Having stayed at the hotel on numerous previous occassions this was surprising. Floors were not brushed or mopped. Bar was frequently understaffed resulting in long waits for service. This was particularily apparrent when food was being served. Regrettably staff didnt seemed to be bothered by this situation often leaving the bar area to retrieve glasses resulting in longer queues."
