"We booked a ground floor room as limited availability. The hotel itself was lovely but when we checked the guy at reception was putting us off our room before we had even seen it and was trying to get up to upgrade. It put us off as it felt like the hard sale before seeing the room we had been allocated. We stuck with the ground floor and it had a weird enclosed balcony which it does not show or mention in any of the pictures. The room itself was nice and we did enjoy our stay but if they had other rooms available why not upgrade us for goodwill rather than charging us"

"Lovely location but we were absolutely disgusted that we had to pay 4 euros each, per day to lie on a sunbed at the hotel we were staying at. We have never had to pay for sunbeds anywhere else in the world, in hotels that we have stayed in."

"We had just 4 days here and it ticked all the boxes lovely spacious clean apartment. We were on the ground floor so room was a little dark,if you like bright sunshine on your balcony ask for a room higher up,think block 3 ?"

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Great staff, spotlessly clean, beautiful location and views. Small gym and nice spa. Great range of food at breakfast. Get a duplex room on the top floor- the views are worth it! You can walk out onto the promenade from the hotel with loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The private beach is a wonderful addition too and they offer waiter service for drinks and food."
