"Upon entering room, it was hot. Thermostat on wall didn't work at all. Looked at AC unit and saw where someone had put a temporary thermostat under the cover and temporarily attached with painters tape. Took cover of unit off and had to use that thermostat to get unit to work. All tables and surfaces in room had sticky residue on them. Had to go buy disinfecting wipes to clean. Beds were good and slept good. Bathroom faucet had supply lines hooked up backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot. Stayed here before and was good. Disappointed this time. Room should not have been rented until items were fixed. "

"When I got to my hotel, I did not expect to have to pay for parking. And they use a QR code, which I assume would be confusing for many travelers. When I went to leave in the morning, I had a ticket on my car because they have not updated my license plate correctly. I also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, it would not connect. And when I tried to turn on the television, it would not come on, and the bottom was falling out. They transferred me to a different room, which was nice, but it was difficult to lock the door in my new room, it was not stocked with towels, and the water would not get very hot."

"Easy parking access, and very friendly staff."

"Great property - updated, clean rooms. Only complaint was a room on the busy street side (though I didn’t have any noisy neighbors so maybe that was a better trade off), and staff didn’t seem interested in engaging unless you forced eye contact. I would stay again. Convenient location and ample safe parking. "

"The sleeper sofa had blood on the mattress protector, the lamp in the bedroom wasn’t plugged in when we checked in. The room looked a bit dated an the guy working the front dresk was hard to understand. I was very upset to find out the pool was down overall I wasnt impressed with the stay an I don’t plan on returning "

"We enjoyed the spacious room as well as the cold AC. Very good coffee and breakfast to start another travel day."
