"Where do I start? I booked the day before, around 19:30, then off I went to enjoy the rest of the night. To be fair, it does state to contact the establishment 24 hours before, to arrange check-in, so there's that! I arrived the next day, around 10:55, buzzed the door, with no reply. I then called the provided number (no answer) and then left a message via Expedia. I tent into Naples, as it does state a 15:00 check-in. (To note, I did not receive an email with check-in instructions, just the standard Expedia confirmation). I returned around 14:00 and called them again. Then again at 14:18 and 14:54/14:55. The call at 14:54 was engaged, so the phone seemed to be on! I also left another few messages via Expedia and sent one text. I agree that there are rules, but I've been to many, MANY hotels and this is the first time this has happened. Zero communication from the hotel. Nothing, no replies. I then booked another hotel, luckily, as Naples gets VERY busy over a long weekend. That hotel double booked. I basically had to spend the night at the Airport (outside from 11:30 until 03:30). Not the best outcome. What makes all of this worse, is that the hotel refused a refund. Zero contact, no hotel and no refund. That's pretty awful. Money just thrown away. I get that people can cancel but, in this case, I did arrive and I DID contact via whatever method I had."

"Lovely stay in a brilliant hotel. Staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming, they even upgraded our room for our anniversary which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, right by the marina and a 5 minute walk from the main strip and the main bus stops to explore the island, a lot of excursions near and the ferry port is a 3 minute walk which is very handy. The hotel was a little old fashioned but I quite liked this style, old skool decor but clean and no issues with the room other than the air con being broken which wasn't ideal. Didn't get to use the pool or spa but I hear they were good. Breakfast was good and I honestly can't compliment the staff more, very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay and we'll be back again"

"Best free breakfast we had on our trip. Bottomless mimosas, great cappucinos, 5-star view. This place is excellent value for your money. Staff was really nice and went out of their way to help us. Room was nice and clean and everyone gets a gorgeous ocean view. Only downside: it's a 15 min walk from restaurants, and the onsite restaurant needs to be booked in advance, so plan ahead. Also, I really recommend renting scooters - the front desk staff can have them delivered right to the hotel in half an hour."

"Such a charming hotel. The pool/spa and beach access were amazing and maintained very well. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I hope to return. Highly recommend. Hotel is away from all the crowds making it very peaceful and quiet. "

"Classic design, you feel like in a palace. Furniture is royal, decoration is antique. Bathrooms are beautiful. The indoor pool is warm and intimate. Staff were extremely helpful. The view to the sea and the Aragonese Castle is spectacular. Breakfast could be better."
