「Yes, in the street which runs past the hotel there are shops and bar. Walk one way takes you to the Castle the other to the ports and ferry. The street is pedestrianised, but that is Italian style---so look out for cars , motor bikes etc. 」

「Where do I start? I booked the day before, around 19:30, then off I went to enjoy the rest of the night. To be fair, it does state to contact the establishment 24 hours before, to arrange check-in, so there's that! I arrived the next day, around 10:55, buzzed the door, with no reply. 「We had a wonderful time there, the thermal pool was nice as well as the hot tub. Best breakfast. The location is perfect for shopping .」

「The location is great but lot of the service don’t work the restaurant was closed for lunch or dinner ,the phone in the room didn’t work but charged 4 euro to bring the breakfast in the room but I had to go downstairs !! If you wanted a pool towel they wanted ten euro a day mmm」

「One of the worst experience we have in a hotel. Furniture is rather old, the shower stall is small and its base leaks water. We had floods after our showers. We noticed small insects on our first night and thought that was isolated incidents. The second day we found the "headquarter" of the ants under the table. It is not a decent hotel at all, it is a only a "so so" hostel. 」

「The grounds were beautiful. It is not walkable outside of the hotel so you need to take a bus or get a cab if you do not have a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only big issue were the rooms. Ours was very moldy, even the mattresses had mold on them. 」
