Such a friendly, spotless and comfortable hotel in a very convenient area within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and staff were so helpful. The pool area was fabulous - so relaxing and immaculately clean with a great bar for food and drink. We will definitely come back.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse. Nära till stranden, 2 pooler varav en varm (34 grader). Ok frukost. Rummet var relativt litet men välplanerat med en terrass. Nära till restauranger. Bra och hjälpsam personal. Vi bokade ytterligare en natt och personalen flyttade vårt bagage, till nytt rum. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell.

Where do I start? I booked the day before, around 19:30, then off I went to enjoy the rest of the night. To be fair, it does state to contact the establishment 24 hours before, to arrange check-in, so there's that! I arrived the next day, around 10:55, buzzed the door, with no reply. I then called the provided number (no answer) and then left a message via Expedia. I tent into Naples, as it does state a 15:00 check-in. (To note, I did not receive an email with check-in instructions, just the standard Expedia confirmation). I returned around 14:00 and called them again. Then again at 14:18 and 14:54/14:55. The call at 14:54 was engaged, so the phone seemed to be on! I also left another few messages via Expedia and sent one text. I agree that there are rules, but I've been to many, MANY hotels and this is the first time this has happened. Zero communication from the hotel. Nothing, no replies. I then booked another hotel, luckily, as Naples gets VERY busy over a long weekend. That hotel double booked. I basically had to spend the night at the Airport (outside from 11:30 until 03:30). Not the best outcome. What makes all of this worse, is that the hotel refused a refund. Zero contact, no hotel and no refund. That's pretty awful. Money just thrown away. I get that people can cancel but, in this case, I did arrive and I DID contact via whatever method I had.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the grounds and pool were top notch for my trip. Views from the rooftops were fantastic, pool was very nice, room was large and clean.

Family of 3, 3 nights in July

Room was comfortable and clean. We had a great terrace with a table and a view of the castle and water. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC was great for the hot weather. The daily breakfast was also great. The pools are fantastic, we spent most days hanging by the pool swimming. Sometimes taking the short walk to the nearby public beach for a quick swim also. The pool bar/restaurant was great for lunch also. Location was great, walkable to both the port area and castle area. Would definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in the area.
