"I read reviews, good and bad before we came and it’s all true. The hotel is on a street with strip clubs and casinos and the alley way to the hotel from the street felt unsafe (drunk/ drugged groups of people every time we walked through) and there’s no security in the hotel - you don’t need a key card to go in the lift or corridors. BUT once you’re in the hotel it’s great! Friendly staff, clean, spacious room and delicious breakfast. It’s also a great location near the main station. I haven’t knocked a star off for the shady street and would stay there again."

"Hotel was excellent!! The rooms were fantastic, the location of the hotel couldn’t be any better. We were able to walk to everything. The lobby bar was a great place to grab a drink at night, and the staff what beyond wonderful. We definitely recommend staying here during your trip to Munich. "

"The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The room is clean and tidy. Eventhought is facing the main street, it is not noisy. Easy assessible to the city centre due to its close proximity to the train and metro. "

"Dimitri welcomed us with a warm smile and he was there to wave us off this morning. Very clean room with a balcony, coffee machine and mini bar. The hotel is a short walk from Donnersbergerbrucke train station. Augustiner-Keller was approximately a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the city centre was also within walking distance to all the main attractions. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it. "
