Show flooded when using ceiling shower head. Reported it to the front someone might of came by and did something but it wasn’t fixed. Room service left floors dirty and bedding unchanged even after there 3 day policy of replacing bedding. The night staff was annoying. Went to the little store for some drinks they watched me walk in grab my stuff and then watched me as I waited for someone to come in and ring me out which did not happen I instead had to walk out and go to the front desk to pay for the drinks. That’s not the annoying part it’s the part of them not saying hey come out here and pay for it. They just watched me stand in the room. Parking is expensive 35$ a day for a guest is crazy in my opinion. Breakfast was not good at all ordered soft boiled eggs which I got 2 of them in a bowl instead of an egg holder and got a fork to eat a soft boiled egg instead of a spoon. The fruit was nothing like the picture had depicted. Parking garage gate will close on you after you scan your card but take to long to get to the second gate with no way of opening the second gate had to back out in reverse to be able to scan my card again. Over all the experience was poor considering the amount of money I spend on that hotel. I have had cheaper hotels do better.

1. Es wird fast nur Englisch gesprochen. Nur an der Rezeption wird deutsch gesprochen, Room Service und House Keeping nur Englisch. 2. Nur alle drei Tage housekeeping ist auch nicht Standard. Auch auf An- bzw. Nachfrage keine Änderung. Gut war die Ausstattung und Moderne des Hotels. Wirklich alles sehr neu.

Classic Marriott property with very new, clean, modern facility; very international, helpful and personable staff. Location requires walking and public transport or taxi to central downtown tourist attractions. Excellent location for S-bahn connection to the airport.
