The room climate was very cold, it would have been nice to have instructions to adjust the thermostat. The room was lovely and well equipped with anything I might need. Although, it would have been nice to have coffee equipped in the room and a luggage stand. The staff was very kind and attentive.

The sauna was unique. But the important part is that is was close to the Oktoberfest site without being too near the masses, which made it nice to have a place to put our heads without hearing people late at night. The staff was good, and it answered any questions we had about the area.

Very Impressed!!!

Stayed only 1 night for a football game but I was very impressed. From the lovely lady at the front desk to the cleanliness and cool layout of the room! Also the closeness of the metro station is a plus!

Lovely hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel Laim. The staff were very helpful and did their very best to assist. The hotel was lovely and clean and the maid kept our room spick and span. We had breakfast each day and although it was a little expensive at 21 Euro each, we felt that it was worth it with the vast selection available. With regard to the location, the hotel was away from the city centre (15 minute taxi ride), but it did have a U-Bahn station on the doorstep which allowed very easy access to the sights. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.

The Real Munich

This hotel was perfect for visiting Munich. We were able to park on the street with no problem. The subway entrance is on the corner and we were in downtown Munich in less than 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful

One entry to U5 subway/underground train station is just in front of the hotel. So it is easy and fast to reach central train station, Residenz, and Marienplatz. There are A Couple of small groceries and restaurants around the hotel. Not too many choices.
