「Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt im Europa Park 」

「Très bon séjour. Taille de la chambre exceptionnelle pour 5 personnes. Proche d’Europa Park. Petit déjeuner complet très bien. Très appréciable de pouvoir dîner sur place le soir après une longue journée. Restaurant très bon. Le personnel très serviable parle français et/ou anglais. 」

「We stayed here for one night on our way to Europa Park. Due to a flight change we were going to arrive late and I saw that check in was only open until 10:30. I sent the hotel a message and asked what we would need to do, after a few messages back and forth we were told if we arrived late there is a lock box near the door, and we were given the code and told our room keys would be in there, as it was we arrived with ten minutes to spare so didn't need to do this. The photos don't do the rooms...

「this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside」

「We stayed for the Location near to Phantasialand following recommendations. The welcome was great, the rooms were a good size, breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us」

「Check-in en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil très compliqué, la borne 24h/24h présente dans le sas d'entrée n'est pas fonctionnelle, vous devez attendre désespérément que la personne de garde vous voit pour vous ouvrir. En dehors de ça l'hôtel est très propre est à 10 min d'Europa Park.」

「服务不错，交通便利，离4号电车站很近，到市中心只需十分钟。中午的商务套餐性价比高、份量足、含饭后coffee 但不含酒水饮料，也不强制给力小费。晚餐菜式选择不多。洗手间设施总体不错但沐浴质量一般。楼下bar 一直有小甜品卖。」

「Nous avons réservé cette chambre pour nous rapprocher des marchés de Noël Alsacien sans vendre un reins. Il se trouve que cet hôtel ce situe juste à côté d'europapark. Nous saurons donc où dormir quand nous viendrons au parc. Plein de restaurants pas loin. Hôtes très accueillants, chambres spacieuses et fonctionnelles. On reviendras c'est sur et on partageras le bon plan avec nos proches. 」
