「Hotel was great except TV does not work and when asked they said it was a WiFi problem but the WiFi worked for my phone and tablet just fine sounds like they just didn’t want to fix it issue I could be wrong though idk. 」

「2eme séjour dans cette établissement encore une fois très bien. Nous sommes très content Nous avons séjourné avec notre fils de 3 ans, chambre avec un lit double et un lit superposé. L’établissement met à disposition une barrière à ajouter au lit pour que le petit ne tombe pas du lit. Petit déjeuner toujours excellent et hôtel proche d’europapark et Rulantica en voiture Petit plus la super terrasse pour le petit déjeuner quand le temps et les températures le permettent 」

「If you are traveling from Germany to France for a road trip, this hotel can be a good location. But the hotel is very cold, the aircon is centralized control, and the toilet is very cold, which make our stay very uncomfortable.」

「It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. 」

「Lovely large room with plenty of space. Big double bed and bunk beds, lovely bathroom with rainforest shower. Air con was lovely and cold. Lovely quiet area and perfect if you are going to Europapark or Rulantica as it’s only a 5 minute drive away. Staff were great and breakfast is very very good. Wonderful selection of bread, pastries, cold meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurts and hot breakfast. Pancakes and omelettes also cooked to order. Would definitely stay again.」

「非常糟糕，完全不是五星酒店，硬装和软装都非常差。我们付了1600美金，12月初在deluxe 房间住了两个晚上，入住当天晚上6店房间才准备好。房间在路边上，半夜都有很多噪音，服务和态度也非常差。这个地方不会再去，太失望太糟糕了」

「La piscine très bien par contre une odeur désagréable est répondu au niveau du spa et hamam de plus pas un transat de libre tout est occupé par des gens alors qu’ils sont dans la piscine C comme dans les hôtels il faut être le 1 er pour avoir un transat niveaux prix c pas donné une nuit pour 2 540 euros 」

「Very excellent experience in the hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sauna is private and decent. Though the location is not central of the city but the surrounding is amazing with church, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in this season. Also, you can have breakfast in your room with nice view.」
