「If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. But it got fixed by the kitchen stuff. Also the Internet connectivity was not good at all for the first two night and...

「This is a fantastic property. We arrived around 19:00 but were able to make dinner reservations at the onsite restaurant for 20:00. Dinner was fantastic and the service outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!! 」

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. Ottimi anche i servizi, ben organizzati e all’altezza delle aspettative. 「Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. 」
