「Pet friendly with good space for dog walking. Property was very clean, maybe a newly built Hampton Inn. Check in was easy, friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and much appreciated well lit.」

The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, and I especially appreciated that oat milk is available since I cannot drink regular milk. We also traveled with our dog, and the hotel is very pet-friendly, offering plenty of walking areas as well as a dog station with bags and a designated dog-walking area.」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「I was in town with friends for UAlbany homecoming. I loved that there one and two bedroom apartment-style rooms, with fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, and fridge). The rooms were spacious to include the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was my room was serviced by housekeeping when it was supposed to; however, once I contacted the front desk, they sent up fresh linens.」
