「The entire staff really seemed to go out of their way to make my stay a pleasnt one, even offering to set me up with another room if the noise from the renovations was too much. Actually, the noise was not all that bad. One of the women at the front desk was absolutely great. 「We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text.」
