「Disappointing experience – Facilities closed without notice
I planned a specific "wellness retreat" weekend, choosing this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and sauna facilities to complement my trip to the Saratoga Spa State Park. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a major disappointment.
