Room was clean and enuf towels. Randy helped with our room location which was convenient and quiet. Water was fine in the shower but it is also a bit slippery and shud be checked to avoid a possible injury event. But overall a great stay

Place offers great value for a clean comfortable hotel with a convenient location to I-87. Only negative is the key cards to the room were not working and I kept having to have it re-programmed.

i reserved a room with a king size bed and jetted jacuzzi. When i got to this Best Western in Clifton Park the manager (nasty) tells me they don’t have any more rooms with king beds. I can have a room with 2 doubles no jacuzzi. Didnt like it but after traveling 6 hours by car i just took it. The room was clean but so old and had a smell. The carpet by the door”s threshold was not tacked down and a lawsuit ready to happen. I kept quiet being i was there only two days. When i checked out my card was charged for the room i originally reserved and not for the cheaper one they gave me. The manager at the desk said thats the price and wouldn’t budge. She is so rude and I do not recommend this place. Go somewhere where they honor your reservation and politeness surely helps!!!

The room was decent, we stayed in a suite. The kid's loved the jetted tub. My only complaints were the pillows (as with most hotels haha) and the room could have been cleaned better. The pool was great, loved the lodge vibe. The staff was also nice. We will definitely return to this hotel.
