「This is a great family property. The onsite parking helps with those who have a rental vehcile. The pool area is nice, but did have a bit more bugs than we would have liked. They have an arcade area that is great for family fun, but after one night all the machines stopped working. The staff was very nice and accommodating at every turn. The did try to assist with the issues we brought to their attention, like the arcade.」

「I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. The breakfast was good, not to fancy but ordinar」

「房間分佈合理，除shower room is a bit small.酒店餐廳的食物唔錯，在那裡食到有質素的 pizza. 另外，早餐，選擇ok多，質素好好，尤其是甜品。酒店有一貼心的地方是，在離開前，送上一袋小禮物，包括一枝水和小食，十分細心。」

「 Make sure you come prepared, there is nothing around and it’s hard to access. Also, do not plan to arrive late at night. The arrival instructions are very unclear and its easy to get lost.」
