Wonderful hotel! If I had one minor complaint it would be the air conditioning on an upper floor, 3rd floor, did not cool my room sufficiently. I do like to sleep in a very cool room. Otherwise, this hotel’s management has done a great job maintaining the premises and offering a nice place to stay.

I loved this hotel. It is really well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were really well located to the city of Florence once we figured out the area. One day we had a very early excursion that we would be leaving before breakfast and the staff packed us a very nice bag of sandwiches, fruit and water to take. I highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rapallo. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent central location—it’s close to all the major attractions, making it easy to explore Florence on foot. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and highly recommend Hotel Rapallo to anyone visiting Florence. We would definitely stay here again!
