「Great if you are staying for a long time」

「We had a great stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The location was excellent — the metro station was just nearby, making it super convenient to get around the city. Would definitely recommend to others! 」

「I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

「住宿地點超級遠，根本不近市中心，如果需要搭地鐵或JR，根本上要行上20分鐘，不是他們所說幾分鐘就到地鐵站，住宿附近沒有任何便利店，回酒店前要買好所有需要的用品，如果不是住地下層，2樓以上要搬樓梯，如果行李重的話是很辛苦的，去搬一次走的時候也要搬一次，晚上隔音設備很差，鄰居聊天的說話完全可以聽到，我們五個人，只有三張被，要求多一張也不能，就算有暖氣，也不會開到太高度數，因為真的很乾！頭髮風筒也很像玩具似的，一點力度也沒有！」

「住宿環境和設施不錯，離地鐵近、員工都很友善，會想再次入住」

「住宿前後都有大型超市很方便。交通位子也很不錯。只是這次我們入住2/27-3/5、對於打掃真的要加強。我們入住時、在床底發現還有前面客人的小朋友襪子&餅乾屑。冰箱旁也是無意間發現有灰塵。還有洗衣粉也都沒補。」

「房間乾淨舒適，大小在日本來說算很大間，還有一間更衣室可以曬衣服，洗衣機、廚房設備也很齊全。走去地鐵站不會很遠，從新宿坐公車到公寓門口大概20分鐘。缺點是附近的地鐵-中野富士見町，大部分的地鐵要在中野坂上轉車，才能去新宿，有時候要花點時間等車。」
