「The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have...

「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」

「Das Hotel liegt eher außerhalb, ist gepflegt und sauber. Das bezogene Zimmer war zweckmäßig, jedoch mit recht kleinem Badezimmer und mit kleineren Mängeln, wie z.B. nicht fest montiertem Türgriff der Bad-Tür. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert.」

「Wir hatten ein 3-Bett Zimmer gebucht. Es war geräumig und gut bestückt, kleiner Hinweis ans Personal: gerne auch drei Tassen bei Buchung von drei Erwachsenen. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war bestrebt zügig nachzulegen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt dort. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.」
