Good hotel. Only criticism was lack of space on a busy Sunday for breakfast so ended up taking my food to the room. Friendly staff. Great location and very comfortable bed.

The scrambled eggs were fake eggs. Limited variety of fruit. The breakfast that was served at other similar hotels in Germany had more variety and served higher quality food. The furniture and fixtures in the rooms wete cheap. This hotel had the overall feel of a cheap American hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

We spent two nights at the Hampton by Hilton in Dresden as a family — my wife, our 17-month-old baby, and myself — and had a wonderful stay. It all started with a warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. Every member of the staff we interacted with was exceptionally helpful and attentive — truly service-oriented. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, yet the hotel remains very quiet and peaceful. Our baby slept soundly through the night without being disturbed, which says a lot about the calm environment. A big thank you to the entire Hampton team for your great service and hospitality. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dresden!

The map on the website may be pointing to the "Hilton Dresden." The Hampton Hotel is located near the Dresden City Hall, not the Frauenkirche. The Frauenkirche is about a 5-minute walk away. I mistakenly booked the hotel as being near the Frauenkirche. On the day of check-in, I realized that the Hilton Dresden and the Hampton were different hotels, and that the Hampton was not near the Frauenkirche, but the difference in location didn't really matter. After checking in, when I entered the room, the windows were open and insects had gotten in. Also, when I looked at the beds, there were several hairs on the bedding. On both beds. If it was just a few hairs, I thought I could just clean them up myself and use them as they were, but there was a lot of hair on both beds, which was very disgusting. I asked the front desk to change the bedding, and they did, but there was still some hair in the new room, which was really creepy. Does this hotel not wash their bedding? If so, I think they should reconsider their laundry facilities. As someone mentioned in a review, there was an ammonia smell coming from the bathroom. I wasn't expecting a cleaning, but there was limescale in the drains. Although check-out time was 12 noon, staff tried to enter the room just after 10am. The building is new, as it is still under construction, but that's about it. If I ever come to Dresden again, I will never stay at this hotel because I don't trust the service.

Wir hatten ein 3-Bett Zimmer gebucht. Es war geräumig und gut bestückt, kleiner Hinweis ans Personal: gerne auch drei Tassen bei Buchung von drei Erwachsenen. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war bestrebt zügig nachzulegen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt dort. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett. Die Unterkunft war sauber znd modern eingerichtet. Besonders am Frühstück ist die Möglichkeit selbst Waffeln zu machen. Wünschenswert wären ein paar hochwertigere Lebensmittel wie Schinken oder direkt aus dem Käseladen fast nebenan. Ansonsten gibt es in naher Umgebung unheimlich viele sehr gute Restaurants. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Weihnachtsmärkte liegen direkt vor der Tür. Es war wunderbar.

Wir waren für eine 5 tägige Städtereise im Hampton by Hilton Dresden, und es war einfach nur super! Die Lage war perfekt,sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig gut und schnell zu erreichen.Gleich vor dem Hotel fahren Busse und Straßenbahnen ab,so das wir schnell und einfach zu weiter entfernten Zielen kamen. Die Hotelzimmer sind piccobello sauber und sehr gemütlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.( Ich hab noch niemals vorher soooo kuschelige weiche & saubere Handtücher im Bad gehabt :) Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit,egal ob an der Rezeption,im Speisesaal oder vom Reinigungspersonal. Das Frühstück war super - megaviel Auswahl, und alles sehr frisch und lecker. Einziges " Manko" für uns war,dass man die Fenster vom Hotelzimmer nicht weit, sondern nur auf Kippe öffnen konnte,wäre schön gewesen sie weit öffnen zu können.Aber vllt. lag das daran,dass unsere Zimmer in der 6. bzw. 7. Etage waren!? Aber dafür würde ich keinen Stern abziehen,dass wäre dann ja doch a bißl jammern auf hohem Niveau. Sobald wir nochmals in Dresden sind ,werden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
