「It’s always tricky looking for family rooms for older children, it was fantastic to have a separate room for the two kids. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean.10 minute stroll into Chester centre along the canal. The hotel has a lovely friendly vibe with a great lobby/bar area with games and another upstairs with a pool table and a few arcade games. The staff were super friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!」

「I stayed a couple of nights on business and the hotel was the perfect location. The room and bed were both large and comfortable and the pool and sauna facilities were great after a day's work. Although located not far from the main road, the hotel is quiet and secluded enabling a peaceful night's sleep as well as the possibility of working online in the room.」

「Our room and the dining area & bar were lovely, really nicely decorated, spotless clean, with very friendly and welcoming staff. (My only niggle was the mirror in the darkest part of the room isn’t ideal and the area at the back of the bedrooms a lot of litter which spoils the otherwise beautiful location and property.) Nice quiet location with excellent parking and food delicious. 」
