"Struttura veramente bella noi abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio in formula residence ,appartamento bello,curato nell'arredamento e pulitissimo. Posto dove poter trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nel relax ritrovando quiete e temperature freschissime . Di fronte alla struttura c'è l'hotel sempre gestito dagli stessi proprietari dove potersi appoggiare sia per la colazione che per il pranzo e la cena ma accanto ci sono altri 2 ristoranti con bar e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. "The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of Bologna. It’s an easy walk and means you are in a much quieter area. We stayed in the Residence building which isn’t part of the main hotel building. The room was nice and big, plenty of space, the bathroom was small but adequate. If you are a bigger person or you struggle with movement, you would definitely struggle with the limited space. The shower was small and the shower tray filled up very quickly, although it didn’t leak out as we were quick. I would also add that the walls and ceiling are paper thin! You can hear everything. I really struggled to sleep so I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We were on the first floor and we could hear the front door opening and closing, people talking all the way up the stairs, their doors closing, people moving around in their rooms, the bathroom noise, you really can hear everything!! The breakfast was fine, nothing particularly special but perfectly adequate. The surroundings are beautiful. The courtyard is lovely and on a nice day, you can have your breakfast outside. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it is in a good location and it’s extremely clean with very nice staff."

"A very central hotel but unfortunately not great. As mentioned in other reviews, it’s very tired, the bathrooms are terrible and the shower doesn’t stay up, the bathroom light stopped working, the curtain fell off the window and you could hear the cinema next door. It was cheap for the location but not sure it was worth the price"

"We stayed in the La Torre apartment as there were two couples. It was fantastic - roomy, well equipped and the location was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home. She greeted us warmly, handled the paperwork, and then sat with us to go over a map with recommendations and points of interest. That level of service continued throughout, with checkout fellow running outside to us to give us taxi booking slips after UBER failed us. We can’t say enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well!"

2/10 Terrible

"The staff was rude, Air conditioning in the room was not working. I ask for a room with A/C and I was asked to open my window. While doing checkout (I thought it was at 12pm. That was my fault but the staff harassed us asking to leave the room immediately. Even I said that I could pay for a late check out, they didn’t wanted and rudely requested us to leave the room immediately."
