「My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. 」

「We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares」

「Leider hat das mit dem Parkplatz nicht geklappt. Es hat keinen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück wie auf Hotels.com vermerkt. Die Anweisung war unklar und zu spät. Wir irrten fast eine Stunde in der Altstadt von Modena umher und mussten anschliessend einen teuren Parkplatz bezahlen. Die Wohnung war ok und zentral.」

「The location of the flat is perfect, it it about max.15 minutes to the old town by foot. The flat is quite big and comfortable. Whole communication, check in, out, any other questions, was friendly and uncomplicated. It was a perfect stay for me, but if you prefer more silence, than it could be a bit too crowded outside. The building/house self is very quiet. There are just a lot of taverns in the area. Thank you very much dear Team!」

「We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. 」

「Great walkable area of Modena. Host was responsive. Check-in process was a bit more complicated than most and the studio felt a bit unfinished. Only one nightstand in the bedroom and no extra pillows. 」

「The property is comfortable. Stairs- no elevator. It is no- host so you’re left on your own unless it’s between 10 -7. Air conditioning only cools the main room. The other rooms remain warm all evening. It just happened to be very hot when we went. 」

「This apartment was centrally located, if you want to enjoy Bologna as a local and be close to everything, this is the place- the apt is nicely decorated and modern, everything you need is there, communication with host was great, and they allowed us to check in earlier in the day- overall a pleasant stay, and if back in town, i will definitely stay there- easy and confortable for 4 (2 in sofa bed, 2 in bedroom) - walking distance to the center, the train station, restaurant, stores and more-...
