「Great location! Very clean room! Staff was friendly!! I was disappointed that the restaurant in the hotel did not do room service. I forgot my slippers at home and asked if I could please have a pair from the front desk...they said that they were all out since 1 week ago. ( they normal have them for guest) so that was disappointing. At the restaurant Saturday night they had a DJ....which would have been good if he played for the crowd. But, the music was more for the younger generation...

「A lovely hotel with very attentive staff at every interaction, be it front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, or the bar. The location is great, walking distance from everything in downtown, with ample parking.」

「The place was OK however, it wasn't indicated anywhere that there is construction on the street right in front and thus is not easy to get there by car. The taxi driver had to drop me on the parallel street in the back and as I arrived in the evening when it was already dark, it wasn't very convenient. Other than that the place itself was fine.」

「Filthy sheets, clearly not laundered, sink and shower also disgustingly dirty. Checked out immediately (did not stay the night), staff told us we could get a refund through Expedia but 5 days later they have still not responded to Expedia’s emails and phone calls, so we are out CAD 144. DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID!」

「stairwells were filthy, pool closed with no warning. and fire alarm went off at 10pm causing us and everyone else to come down we were on the 10th floor.. only to be told it was a false alarm after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes.」

「I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The place was really dirty and unkept there was blood o. The sheet. Dirty all over I would never book thru Expedia again after this experience because I genuinely felt unsafe for my life while there.」

「The staff go above and beyond. It is an older hotel that they have maintained and working hard to keep a good environment. The breakfast was great. Only thing is needed to ask for room to be cleaned (trash bin was smaller so needed it to be emptied more). Close to everything you would need in Saskatoon.」
