"It has been a while since I last stayed at a Best Western and I did not always remember them being the most clean, but this one was pretty nice and clean. The only issue was there were fire alarms the first and last night (@147am & 12am). The first was an actual issue, but the communication on when we could go back to our rooms was unclear. I am not sure why there was not some sort of an intercom update. Then on my last night the alarm then went off at midnight, three times. When I went down to the front desk I was told it was a false alarm. Again maybe something that could have been told through an intercom. When I asked if this would be the last one I was told "I cannot guarentee it". Just need some better communications. "

"There was leftover trash underneath our bed such as a liquor bottle (Jack Daniels) that I threw away and no staff present for at least 15 mins late night when trying to use the gift shop/snack shop. Many other individuals were also waiting to be taken care of when I walked away. "

"I am embarrassed for the leadership of this Ramada hotel in Cleveland, Ohio From check in to exiting the facility was bad! The boss lady at check in was yelling at two young employees! At approx 3am loud music playing in cars. After a very long check in period we finally got to our room, dirty and unkept! No towels, no toilet paper, we had to call to get it delivered. Reminents of previous occupants! Let just leave it at that. Half the lights inside the hotel were off or not working. "
