The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from Kotoni station, which is just very close to Sapporo station. When we arrived, my friends asked for a recommendation for a place for lumch and the front desk staff gave a really good recommendation just 3 mins away from the hotel. Also they put our luggage in our room while we had lunch. There's a 7eleven nearby and also a lot of izakayas and restaurants around so you won't run out options for late night snacks. The room is spacious, albeit a little old, but it's kept as clean as can be.

I reserved a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes were still strong. I notified the front desk staff and he confirmed that the entire floor was non-smoking. The smell of cigarettes lightened when cleaning was done in the mornings, as they opened the window in the hallways for ventilation.

Connected to kotoni jr station via covered skybridge (exit to right with elevator). There is no English signboard directions, only japanese. Look out for the animal sign stickers on the floor (follow the one with more small characters) & green snowflake with G initial sticker on the floor once nearer to the building.

4年前（コロナ禍）に滞在した時よりも全てがアップグレードされていて、とっても高級感が有りました。その分値段も上がった様ですが、快適だったのでよしとします。ただ、バスルームと部屋の床の段差が以前のままで、出入りするのが大変です。クローゼットのところに置いてあった踏み台を使えばよかったのか？と後から思いました。

2人でダブルルームで狭い部屋予約したんですが、狭かったです。次泊まるならツイン予約した方がいいかな？って思ったけど特に困ることはありませんでした。アメニティや軽いおやつは一階のロビーで自由に取るシステムでした。レンタル枕や部屋着も無料で貸し出しできます。自分で一階フロアに取りに行くシステムです。枕は部屋のやつで充分です。 朝ごはんのバイキングがとても美味しくて最高でした！！！！！朝ごはんだけ食べに行きたい思うほど美味しかったです。 駐車場は近辺に二ヶ所提携駐車場がありました。ほぼ1日止めて駐車料金4760円って表示出た時はビビりましたがフロントで800円払うとサービス券くれました。安心しました。笑 600円の場所が見つけれませんでしたが600円の場所があるみたいです。 駅前で特に交通には困りませんでした。地下鉄とJR？？があります。地下鉄は歩いて７分くらいです。すすきのに行くのに地下鉄の駅まで歩いていきました。この度はお世話になりました。ありがとうございます。
