I had a great stay! The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection, including vegetarian options. I also loved the special features: diy bath bombs and self-serve lounge access (it was really fun to try some new drinks!). I’d easily stay here again for another trip to Sapporo!

Fantastic location, great staff, lounge is a hit! Laundry near by, Great shopping just a block away, so convenient!! I changed my reservation twice to end up at this location and I am very glad I did. Walkable to so many great tourist spots as well as to Metro and Sapporo Station. Highly recommend!

The staffs are welcome, drink service and amenities were good. The room was relatively large for the price and for the Japanese hotels. In my case, I was assigned the supposingly the unlucky room, where next door building was several feet away and the window only opens a bit. No window scenary and sun light. I was stuck there for a week, without seeing any sunlight from my room. There seems 2 rooms of this setup every floor, so if you are unlucky one...

Bus to niseko picks you up right outside this hotel which is why we booked. We had the Japanese style room which was a cool experience. Mats on the floor and all that but they were decent, we double stacked them. The pillows have rice or beans in them. If you’re looking for your best nights sleep ever, don’t book this room. It was one night and worth the experience. Everything was walkable and the amenities are really nice. Would stay again!
