I love that we were able to enjoy a brand new facility. Western style beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast and amenities like pajamas, umbrella and bath sundries were a treat. Checkout is a bit earlier than North American standards but extra charge of 5000 yen is not bad for the extra 2H.

We stayed a total of 6D5N and housekeeping was only done ONCE on the 4th day throughout the entire stay. It gets pretty dusty and messy Though thrash is cleared and towels changed daily just by leaving it at the door. Convenience is the washer+dryer and “kitchenette” with crockery and cutlery provided. Nothing else to shout about. Our stay includes breakfast however the options are limited and disappointing. Corn soup runs out fast and it doesn’t even fill the small glass. So it either corn soup or yoghurt together with Main + hot drink. The dining is at the lobby so there is no dedicated space. Everyone who is checking in/checking out/having their bf/just waiting around, are all cramped at the limited lobby area. There is in particular a service staff with short colored hair, who was quite rude. I won’t say it’s the language barrier but it’s her tone of voice and body language that shows annoyance. The hotel is also 15mins walk to the train station by foot. Expect slightly longer time in snowy weather. Parking space is limited as well. So if you drive, have to be back before 7pm else all the lots are taken and you have to park somewhere else.

連泊したが、清掃の依頼をしなくてはいけなかったのかわからなかった。清掃不要のタグはかけていなかったが、夜帰ってくると、新しいタオルが置いてあるだけで部屋の清掃も未、ゴミ箱もそのまま、玄関にまとめておいた使用後のタオルもそのまま。。。お部屋はとてもよく、お風呂、朝食も比較的と良かったにも関わらず、その点だけが大変不満だった。そういうシステムなのかもしれないが、清掃依頼の方法がわかりにくかった。

不便なホテルです。普通のホテルと考えない方が良い。

3泊までは清掃なし、ゴミ、タオル交換のみ。 これは規定にありました。 初泊、10時までに交換いちに出していたのにタオル交換がされていなかった。 同じく初泊時は内側からロックされて開けようとしても鍵ヒンジが動かず、部屋の中に閉じ込められました。 部屋に電話が無いので内線使えず、ホテル内に居るにもかかわらず、携帯でホテルに電話をして開けてもらう。 サウナは良いのですが、洗い場が座るタイプ2つ、シャワーのみ3つだけで、絶対的に混雑時は不足していて皆うろうろ。 最終日の夜、全館で断水発生。 就寝前の歯磨きも出来ず、トイレにも入れず就寝。 翌日は復旧していました。 チェックアウト時点で受付の方が｢断水の保証はメールにて後日連絡します｣と言われていたが、未だ連絡無し。 宿泊者に対して駐車場が少ない。 サウナ期待の客にはいいかもしれないが、大浴場期待のお客には不満かも。
