"I wanted to goce this property a better review. I really was impressed when we first arrived, although I paid extra to pick our room they ensured we got exactly the room I choose and even had a fruit tray and bottle of champage in the room for my birthday upon arrival and the fridge stocked with a variety of drinks. But there were dead bees all over the floor when we pulled the curtains back. Hair all over the shower and then the shower barley had any pressure. On our 2nd day, the toilet wouldn't stop running and there was water all over the bathroom floor which they fixed while we were out, no problem. But upon our return we noticed the AC was not working. I went down and imformed the desk they said someone had to be in the room for maintenance, odd since I didn't need to the first time, but ok so I waited and had to call the desk again. The tech was not friendly, and almsot rude. Then when he came back he said it was froze up and I needed to leave the AC off while it unfroze and accused me of having doors open. But he would be back in 10 mins or so. I waited almost 2hours until I had to leave for dinner, called the desk still no one came, so I went to the desk b4 leaving. When we returned that night we found they had locked our balcony doors like we did something wrong. And the overnight desk agent is probably the rudest i've met in the hotel business. I work in hotels and it was my first trip to DR. I was extremly disappointed. We decided to extend our stay else where."
