" **Simply extraordinary!** This hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming. A very special mention to our butler, **Daniel**, who was absolutely incredible. He was always there when we needed something, kind, courteous, professional, and extremely attentive. Daniel truly made our stay even more special. We can’t thank him enough! The waiters were also extremely attentive throughout our stay. When it comes to dining, we highly recommend the **Italian** and **French** restaurants — both offered delicious meals and excellent service. There’s also an amazing **beachfront restaurant** available exclusively to Preferred Club guests, which we had access to — and it was one of our favorite experiences. The **drinks at the bars were top-shelf**, and the **rooms were very spacious and comfortable**. Everything was so well thought out. Honestly, we didn’t want to go back home because we had such a wonderful time. We’ll definitely return! "
