「The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. 「Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. 「Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Je wordt letterlijk in alles ontzorgd. Ze helpen je met alles en niks is teveel gevraagd. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch. Twee van de drie buitenzwembaden zijn verwarmd tot 28/29 graden en zijn heerlijk, evenals de ligbedden. Het enige minpuntje was de kamer zelf. Deze was flink in gebreken. 「Fabulous resort. We have been multiple times and are planning a return trip in the summer. 」

「The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room had a nice view. It's very close to the Aquashow. We were travelling as a group of 3, two adult friends and a ten-year-old child. The 3rd bed in our room was a flop-out chair bed, very unsuitable. This was replaced with a camp bed on wheels, which was, needless to say, also very uncomfortable and unsuitable for an adult. We were allowed to stay on site for the remainder of the day following check out. 」
