"Staff were absolutely fabulous and attentive. So welcoming and they knew who you were which made it a very personal experience. They surprised me with a cake on my birthday. The hotel is clean and the views are amazing. A wide choice of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. Location is walking distance of Fira. We had a car and parking could be a problem at times. Highly recommend and we would stay here again. "
