「The room was in good condition, although the glasses were dirty and the bathroom is tiny. The door prevents two people from using the bathroom at the same time. The afternoon we arrived, both the internet and the TV stopped working. When we mentioned it to the front desk the next day, they told us they were already aware of the issue and would try to fix it (they didn’t bother to let the guests know there were service problems). Also, the restaurant was closed (they never explained why), and...

「We stayed in the Royal Suite which was very clean snd spacious with a wonderful large balcony. The swimming pool and outdoor spaces were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was fine, although the hot choices were very limited. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the centre of Coimbra in a nice quiet area. We would definitely stay here again.」

Agradecemos pela paciência do pessoal (e de outro casal cliente) para ajudar resolver o problema, suportar contrariedades, incómodos e dificuldades com calma e tranquilidade. Parabéns à Dona da Granja por ter uma equipa que demonstra um atendimento excepcional, sempre com um sorriso e muita cordialidade....

「This was a very small boutique hotel located right on one of the old streets in the city. Parking was not available on the very narrow street so we had to park a few blocks away. It is very close to walk to the waterfront and downtown area. We did not receive our check-in information. So when we arrived and rang the bell no one was there even though it was only about 5:00 p.m. . Luckily one of our phones was enabled to make calls, we were able to contact them to get the code for the door...

「Beautiful hotel and vibe! Good location, right next to the university. Breakfast is carefully curated with home made cake etc but there wasn’t a lot of variety. Parking was a pain given the hotel is situated on top of the hill surrounded by narrow roads that are parked with cars, but one can manage with help. 」

「We greatly enjoyed our stay with CBR Boutique Hotel. The location is very central, right next to the river and main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The themed rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast is simple but good and definitely enough to fill you up. What impressed me the most was the staff's hospitality and helpfulness, as they looked out for me and helped me recover my valuables. I am deeply grateful to them for saving my trip! Will definitely stay with them if I visit...
