We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villas Gale! The location is amazing, with a stunning sea view that made every morning special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. As a lovely surprise, we even received a farewell drink from the hotel on our last night — a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly appreciated.

Hotel bem localizado, em frente à praia, boas instalações, café da manhã muito bom, pessoal sempre atencioso, perto de restaurantes. Não tem estacionamento mas o park público em frente consegue estacionar. O prédio foi construído em 1953. Está revitalizado

Merci à Susana, assistante de direction, pour son accueil attentionné et pour prendre le temps de me saluer personnellement à chaque séjour. Et merci au personnel pour l’upgrade ! En cinq ans et après avoir dormi dans plus de 600 hôtels différents, c’est la première fois que je vois un directeur descendre véritablement sur le terrain — non pas pour les habituels “Tout va bien ?”, mais pour prendre le temps d’un vrai échange avec ses clients. Autour d’un verre offert par l’hôtel, Manuel m’a parlé de la chaîne, de leurs futurs projets, de son expérience. Il a même assuré le service du dîner, accompagné de Vera, sa collaboratrice, faisant preuve d’une attention et d’une implication rares à ce niveau. Client régulier des hôtels Vila Galé (déjà plus de 30 à mon actif, j’ai déjà une belle collection de magnets, ceux qui connaissent cette chaîne comprendront 😅), je pense que certains établissements gagneraient à suivre son exemple. Pour l’anecdote, seules deux adresses m’avaient offert ce type de moment — une invitation à partager un verre avec le directeur ou l’assistante de direction : Vila Galé Collection Praia et Collection Figueira da Foz… Et à ma grande surprise, Manuel avait été directeur du Vila Galé Collection Praia avant de rejoindre celui de Figueira da Foz. Son sens du service et sa proximité client voyagent avec lui. Bravo et merci.
