「This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service.」

「Hotel was fine however the noise from the planes was very loud and there were no local walkable shops or activities but both of these are expected from an airport hotel. It was very convenient for the airport」

「Gorgeous and unique property close to the Poas Nacional Park. The views were breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed in the Junior Dome and had a relaxing and zen like stay. The property was very cute and quiet in June. There was a nearby dog barking nonstop from a neighbor but not much you can do about that.」

「We pay for all inclusive but that was not the case we have breakfast buffet and that’s it, the bar was not open and the pools need work but is a beautiful place if you like nature and hiking this is the place the access by car is really easy and is close to the town where you can find anything」

「Andres, the front desk agent, was pleasant, friendly and gave a warm welcome. The room was clean, spacious, had all the needed amenities. The rooms had good noise control and I enjoyed quiet restful periods Bed was comfortable and sheets smelled clean The pool had debris on the surface but it was windy. 「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」
