"The Inn was in a great location. We could easily walk downtown, to Ranch Rd for the galleries but also Cross of Martyrs where it offers a fantastic sunset. If you don’t feel like walking, the Inn has a shuttle service that is very convenient. The room was always clean and super convenient that they gave water every day due to the high elevation. There was also a water bottle filler in the lobby. The included breakfast was very nice but we preferred different coffee, so we walked to Travel Bug next store. The breakfast are turned into Joe’s Tequila bar for lunch and dinner and it was quite good also!!"

"2nd time staying here. I love the artwork, the location, and the general ambiance of the hotel. However, this time was marred by paper thin walls, listening to complaints and arguments from next door, doors slamming, etc. The other thing I didn't appreciate was the "everyone must valet park" rule. No signage, no applicable warning, just show up, get your parking ticket, and have someone run you down stating they need your car because it's all valet now. It was a bit unnerving, and had I not seen others get pulled to the side behind me, I would have thought this was some theft scam. In the end, it all worked out. But you might want to choose otherwise until the construction is complete. The lack of clear signage about the hotel entrance was also a miss. You'd think with all this construction they'd have this figured out by now, but it seems there are still some growing pains."

"I have stayed at the hotel several times during the past few years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my experience this time did not live up to my previous visits. Both elevators were broken for the duration of my stay which required me to constantly walk up and down the stairs to get to and from my room."

"Very nice accomodations. Only problem was that the young man who checked me in sent me to the WRONG building for my room. This was annoying after driving a long distance, and meant I had to then move my car twice. Please be more careful with your directions."

"Don't let the outside of this place fool you. It's very clean and quiet. Rooms or someone on the small side but have been nicely renovated. There is a bar and a restaurant on site with music on certain nights. Bartender is very good and the food is top notch. Included breakfast makes this place a great value. Place has a good vibe to it and everyone working there seems to enjoy their jobs. If we ever return to the area we will definitely stay here. Cannot beat it for the money."
