「Bathtub had hair in it, the lady cleaned the room and it still had the same hair in the tub. Hotel smelled a bit musty and the ac wouldn’t stay on. Elevator floor had stains the entire duration of my stay. The front desk lady was very nice and the breakfast was good.」

「This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional.」

「The pictures are at the very least 7 years old..its run down and nasty. floor needs mopped dust covering every table from front door to the 4th floor. And the tv did not work. Regret staying here. Would have been happier in a 60 dollar a night motel 6」

「We booked a king size, downstairs, non-smoking. We were given a king size downstairs, very run down smoking room. We opened the door and closed it back and requested to be changed to a non smoking room. We were given an upstairs, double bed non-Smoking room. With a toilet that did not flush very good and the hint of the smell of smoke. The pool is out of commission, so if you are looking for a place with a pool, this isn’t it. It had more rig workers staying there, cooking outside their rooms...

「NO TV CHANNELS WORK IN HOTEL. NO Ice machine works.. pool under construction or just toast ? Roach infested .」

「The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better.」

「The rooms were clean however; this is a very austere hotel with no exceptional amenities. The room was overpriced for the quality of the property. There is a charge for Wi-Fi!! The breakfast was pitiful: dry scrambled eggs, rubbery potatoes, and sausage links so greasy I could have used them to lubricate wheel bearings. Motel 6 beats this hotel.」

「We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...
