「We were given a room with a leak in the ceiling right over the toilet. When we complained they said there was nothing they could do and did not offer us another room. We had to use the bathroom in the hallway. The young woman never mad eye contact. We were not allowed a refund because we had booked the room through Expedia. 」

「Upon arrival, it was unclear where to park and check in. We waited for staff to arrive due to a mix up on arrival date.Not sure where this confusion came from. Room was dated, musty. The shower door was jammed and unable to open. There was nobody on property to contact although there was a person we could call. She was helpful but filling in for regular staff.
