My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. I was terrified throughout the night after noticing at least 20 different types of insects crawling on the curtains, bathroom walls, and floor. It was an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.」

「Room was so old. Covers were dirty. Never got clean towels or sheets. The toilet paper holder was falling off. Smelled like Mel dew. And pool was so dirty and homeless people were getting in and nobody will tell them nothing. And my neighbors can window got smashed in. Mine u we all there for the airforce graduation so disappointed had book to rooms horrible」
