They use a drink cooler and fill it with Ice,( very unsanitary) We had requested a king bed and when we arrived the room had no microwave,which we really wanted . I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4. It is not worth $155 + a night. There are not...

「This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional.」

「The room was clean. But the hallways and lobby were not very clean. Staff was friendly but they told us they were out of towels when we needed some the next morning. Building is out dated. Needs some upkeep and apparently it’s hard to keep housekeepers. They have a lot of guests who are staying extended periods of time. Just not a place we will stay again. 「This was by far one of the WORST hotels/motels I've ever been inside of. My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that...

「The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better.」

「We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...
