"I had the most amazing time at this resort. The service is outstanding and nothing I’ve ever experienced before. They made me feel special every single day as I was there on a solo vacation celebrating my birthday. The butlers and managers are exceptional. Victor and Sergio are awesome. I believe they’re are managers. So personable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of Jonathan, Lidia, Daniel, and Elvis as butlers for the few days I was there, and all extremely helpful and attentive. I was sad to leave but I will be back every year no doubt about it. The food was 10/10. Service 20/10. Worth every penny. Book!!"

"We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and this location was beyond perfect. The staff was amazing from bell boy Christian, Roberto. Ivan at the pool was super attentive he made sure we were taking care of. Gigi from the entertainment was excellent keeping the atmosphere percfect. Monserrat checking with us to make sure everything was okay with our stay. I didn't get to visit all of the restaurants but the ones that we did were amazing. The French restaurants had some lamb chops that were delicious i tried to go back the next day but it was closed on Saturday. The Italian Restaurant atmosphere was so romantic and Roberto was so thoughtful at the end of the dinner with the anniversary dessert, just perfect. The plaza for breakfasts was delicious, and their entire staff was extraordinary from the moment we arrive till we left. I wish i could remembered everyones name to give them all the credit they deserve. The ladies at the coffe shop so sweet as well. We received an bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our upgraded room that had the million dollar view to the ocean I even got to see a whale from the room. Everything about this place was excellent . Cant wait to go back with my entire family in the summer. "

"Our room was beautiful and very clean. Next time I think I would get a room that has a view as there are many with balconies that look directly at another wall of balconies. The pool area is lovely with very comfortable loungers and a nice poolside menu (expensive but at least it's good). "
