「What can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing, from the top-notch hotel service at the front desk to the property cleanliness; it outshined every hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. 「My husband and I stayed for just 1 night. For what we needed for 1 night this location was perfect. The welcoming service was great, the room and bathroom are spacious enough, and the location is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and where all the shops/restaurants are. Even if we had to stay multiple nights this would have been a good enough place. 」

The Do Not Disturb system doesn't really work, because they still knock on your door just to make sure that you meant to put it on. 「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」
