「El hotel muy bien, pero es lamentable que siendo un hotel con alta demanda turistica no tengan personal bilingüe, ademas me cobraron un monton de cosas extras, propinas, impuestos, etc.... y ni si quiera recibi ayuda por lo menos para subir mi equipaje. Muy buena ubicacion si vas a tomar algun crucero」

「Property caters to cruise line customers. Under construction. If extended stay customer (9 days), rooms only cleaned or restocked 3 days per week unless otherwise requested. This was very inconvenient. Radisson does not tell you this. You have to find out for yourself. No continental breakfast. You have to pay to park your vehicle for extended stay (I was not a cruise customer). Radisson states that the pool is heated. No one was swimming as water was too cold, this seemed to cause the children...

「Clean room. Staff was friendly. Outdoor pool is not clean or in use. Other tenants living on the property were smoking marijuana, which we smelled in our room and we don’t smoke that nor can stand the smell. Was not offered extra towels or bathing essentials for our 2 night stay for 3 people. 」

「It took a couple of days for the room humidity to clear, you should run air conditioning in unused rooms (not full blast but enough to dehumidify), so that linens, towels and carpets do not feel moist. Otherwise, it was good value for the money and the staff was exceptional.」
