For price of rooms would expect free coffee and continental breakfast and they make you pay for parking as registered guest! Was staying in 2 queen bed room with 4 people, and there was only 4 towels, 2 cups for coffee with in room Keurig, and limited coffee supplies. Would not stay again for price, not worth it.

We had to get maintenance for our AC- which happens- and then had issues with our door after. We know stuff happens but it was night time with a toddler was a pretty large inconvenience. The tv in the room and WiFi was SO slow, trying to log into Netflix took entirely too long and ended up in frustration. I also expected there to be more beach amenities for an oceanfront hotel. Beach towels at least. It was fine for what it was but for how much they charge, I expected more and wouldn’t stay again.

I would not recommend Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront. First night dinner at long board bar and grill on location they tried to over charge me with two other meals I did not order. They charged me $85 when my bill was $40 we got it corrected until we paid with $100 then they short change me by $12, first mistake okay but then the second mistake not okay, I requested to talk to Manager, the Manager corrected it. They tried to rip me off twice, NO tip. Well the next day we locked up our valuables in the safe in our room while at the Beach for about three hours. Returned to go to dinner went to get valuables out of safe, to find out the safe wouldn't open, we called the front desk they sent Tech, which we thought was weird but thought nothing of it at that time until we paid for dinner and turned out someone stoled $600.00 for us and that is WHY we couldn't get back into the safe. We had the front desk manager review our room scans and they find scan that doesn’t belong to our cards when we went to the beach then we called the police then the Manager lied about the day of the scan. So NO we don't recommend Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront they will rip you off. Then bathroom had rotten s*it smell. The bedding was dirty, the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality of food. They have thefts working there and the Hilton Manager & Corporation lack respect & don't value customers and will not do nothing for their customers. That is sad, we will never stay at any Hilton hotel again,

Room was ocean view expensive but the air conditioner had problems. Had to call maintenance three times. The hair dryer was broken. The coffee station didn’t have creamers. Manager was nice giving us credit on the parking but the room should have been better. The tiki bar was excellent with good prices. The beach chairs were not free with $300 a night price for the room.

Place was a complete mess. Under construction and there was dirt dust, drywall crap everywhere. Continental breakfast area was closed. I certainly should have been notified of this. No towels in our room. Brien stains on bed sheets. Horrible horrible experience. I will never stay here again. Counter staff personnel seemed acceptable that I’d be very upset. They knew no customer was going to be happy but the bed sheets is not acceptable Horrible hotel

The beds in this hotel are terrible. It’s an older hotel that has been freshened up. Overall it was a nice stay. Nice bar area. Great beach access. Lots of public traffic going through hotel area to reach beach.

Great location for the air show! Love the Tiki envoronment. Very few restruants within walking distance. Brunch was ok. But the cooked-fresh menu was SO much better. 2 specific items of note: * You pay for the Gelato before getting it. A VERY simple sign above the gelato would save a LOT of aggrevation. There was an "over-served" customer that had heated words with the staff. Once a manager got involved, the staff were giggling/Laughing about the customer. BAD LOOK. * The kitchen stuff is behind the bathroom sliding door. If you are a solo-traveler such as me, it is IMPOSSIBLE to see it.

Great property for the blue angels air show, however, for $1500 for three nights you’d think the beds wouldn’t be terrible and pillows wouldn’t be flat. After 11 pm we still heard loud pounding bass from the tiki bar area, definitely made it difficult to sleep after a long day. The couch in the room was so uncomfortable as well. Never dealt with a Hilton that missed the mark with these things.
