We only stayed one night, but the staff were some of the nicest people I have encountered. Breakfast was great and I parked my car there for 18 days while on cruise. Will definitely stay again if in Cocoa

Bath towels and wash clothes are provided, but hand towels are not, though they s/b provided too. Also our room 419 (I think) bed frame springs made a lot of noise when trying to quietly get up during the night. But overall everything was very nice and I certainly would recommend this property.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathtub had biogers stuck on the bottom of tub by drain, no kleenex or hand towels. The staff was amazing. Don't think i will stay here again, not worth the price.

Was a little scared after reading reviews but they are no longer valid or all wrong because it was a great trip with amazing staff and so clean. PS the beds have comforters, they are not the most comfy but they are clean and work for sleep.

This is not the hotel for the casual traveler. While the property is new, it was poorly built. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where you could hear neighbors from all sides. Especially the person above us. It sounded like the jolly green giant was staying up there. There is NO ICE MACHINE anywhere. When I asked at the front desk, I w@s handed an empty ice cube tray from behind the desk. But there was nothing to wash it or dry it with as there was literally no supplies in the kitchen. Not even a hand towel in the bathroom. I will not be staying here again.
